Lu Festival of Light transforms Drogheda into a breathtaking open-air gallery from October 24TH to 27th, where history, myth, and imagination are brought to life through spectacular large-scale projections on landmark buildings. Each site pulses with vibrant animation, light, and storytelling—celebrating Drogheda’s global connections, local legends, and creative spirit. Shows run every 10 to 15 minutes at each location, allowing visitors to roam freely, revisit favorites, and experience the town like never before. This is Drogheda illuminated—ancient stories reborn in light.
